Almost with no exception, such projects require institutional financing, which is provided in the form of loan arrangements from Multilateral Agencies (MLA), Export Credit Agencies (ECA) and Commercial banks. Haco is supportive throughout this process, which involves financial advisors, banks and governmental institutions.

Implementation

The nature of such projects requires long implementation periods, during which Haco is always present to assist and, if required, mediate in conflict resolutions with our project implementation and legal expertise.

Commercial
Closure

The final step of our project involvement is defined by overseeing the commercial closure of the contracts with the completion of works, handling of warranty subjects and relase of final payments and bonds. Haco is present until these final steps and will continue to monitor and assist the needs of the clients and suppliers. Moreover, future projects will be screened for a possible new cooperation.
