Evaluation of Prospects
Initation of Ideas

To begin with, we investigate and evaluate the current market environments, legal frameworks, the availability of funds and lastly technical requirements for the start of a new project.

Follow-up of Project
Development Phases

Following this initial step, we approach potential suppliers and help negotiate a JV, or Consortium agreement.

Forming of Competent JVs
and Consortia

For the JV, or Consortium, we then promote the group’s capabilities towards the end clients.

Bidding & Negotiation
of Contracts

Following this phase, the formal bidding and negotiation of contract starts. This process requires a diverse set of multidisciplinary eperiences in legal, technical and commercial matters, which are some of the main services provided by Haco.

Structuring of
Project Finance

Almost with no exception, such projects require institutional financing, which is provided in the form of loan arrangements from Multilateral Agencies (MLA), Export Credit Agencies (ECA) and Commercial banks. Haco is supportive throughout this process, which involves financial advisors, banks and governmental institutions.

Assistance with project

The nature of such projects requires long implementation periods, during which Haco is always present to assist and, if required, mediate in conflict resolutions with our project implementation and legal expertise.

The final step of our project involvement is defined by overseeing the commercial closure of the contracts with the completion of works, handling of warranty subjects and relase of final payments and bonds. Haco is present until these final steps and will continue to monitor and assist the needs of the clients and suppliers. Moreover, future projects will be screened for a possible new cooperation.
